Bob is a Shareholder in the Phoenix, Arizona law firm of Milligan Lawless, P.C. Bob practices in the areas of Litigation, Healthcare and Intellectual Property. Bob has extensive experience in representing start-up and existing businesses in complex litigation matters encompassing contract, trade secret, business tort and shareholder litigation, intellectual property and securities, arbitration and enforcement actions. His representation of clients has included matters before the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Arizona Corporation Commission.
