Robert J. Milligan

Mr. Milligan limits his practice to the representation of individuals and companies in the health care and life sciences industry. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Milligan has an LL.M. in Biotechnology and Genomics.

• Representation of physicians in Peer Review proceedings. National Practitioner Data Bank processes, and related matters;
• Representation of physicians and other health care professionals in disciplinary proceedings, and administrative hearings;
• Advice and representation relating to clinical research, clinical trial agreements, medical education, FDA compliance and related issues;
• Representation of hospital and surgery center Medical Staffs in a variety of matters, including medical staff governance, Peer Review, medical staff-facility relations and EMTALA compliance;
• Fraud and abuse advice, including internal investigations, self-reporting and compliance program development;
