Phyllis brings over 20 years of paralegal experience to Milligan Lawless. She assists attorneys in all facets of a variety of complex products liability, commercial litigation and mass tort cases.
Phyllis has extensive experience in drafting and coordinating discovery requests and responses, analyzing, and indexing voluminous sets of records and documents, and is very proficient in document control software such as CaseLogistix and Summation. Phyllis is a key member of Milligan Lawless’ National Coordinating Counsel Team, which represents a Fortune 200 company in products liability cases pending in numerous states.
