Cober’s mission is to help his clients win cases by effectively telling their story. The more complex the case, the more critical it is for an attorney to master the facts and skillfully relay them in a way that is compelling to judges, jurors, mediators, and even opposing parties. Throughout his career, Cober has honed this art and used it to help his clients navigate disputes surrounding contract obligations, business partnerships, property ownership, fraud allegations, torts and product liability claims, and regulatory compliance. In addition to his trial court experience in Arizona and Washington, Cober has briefed and argued cases before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Cober also understands the unique needs and challenges of business, as he served as corporate counsel for a global agriculture company.
In his spare time, Cober can be found skiing tall mountains.

- Managed and directed federal district court litigation against rogue employee’s breach of corporate client’s non-compete agreement.
- Obtained a jury verdict defeating a multimillion-dollar breach of contract claim brought against a business owner by his alleged “partner.”
- Obtained a bench trial verdict awarding a businessman 100% of the losses he sustained from a breached partnership agreement.
- Successfully defended a national agricultural operation from allegations of fraud.
- Secured the dismissal of a $1 million legal malpractice claim brought against a client.
- Defended a Fortune 500 off-road vehicle manufacturer from dozens of multimillion-dollar product liability claims.
