Desalina A. Williams

Professional Bio


Desalina is an attorney in the Phoenix, Arizona law firm of Milligan Lawless, P.C.  She is experienced in representing her clients through all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. She is well versed in identifying issues and developing solutions, including advising her clients about changes in the law that may affect their businesses and their business decisions. Prior to joining Milligan Lawless, P.C., Desalina was an attorney in the Phoenix, Arizona office of a national law firm.

During law school, Desalina was a research assistant to Professor Bruce Ottley for his book Understanding Product Liability Law (2nd ed.) and his 2012 supplement to Illinois Tort Law (4th ed.). She also served as an editor for the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal and hosted a symposium called “The Cloud: Emerging Issues in Business and Intellectual Property Law,” which was published in Volume 12, Issue 4, of the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal. She was a law clerk for Rush University Medical Center in 2014, and was an intern with the American Medical Association in its Office of the General Counsel in 2013.
